I work in the BPO industry for more than 5 years and I believe it is time for me to take my work experiences to the next level by becoming a freelancer.
I have experience in Technical Support for a telecommunication and software company based in the United States. I was hired as a level 1 support. As a L1 support, we get calls from the Sales department when they closed a sale, the Premium Tech Support. We receive the call, then we interview the client about their PC and what issues they have on it. By the time that they appreciated my hard work and saw my potential, they then promoted me as level 2 Support, aka the escalations support. My job as a L2 Support, now just limited to just getting calls from the team such as our L1 Techs. As a Tech Support, sometimes the job doesn't end right there. At times, there are questions that are out of our support, but we go extra
I also have experience working in the healthcare industry as a Customer Care Rep which to this day, serves as my favorite role. I really liked working and communicating with professionals, such as doctors, nurses and secretaries. I believe this has to do with the growth I've gotten over years working in the BPO.
