Profile Description

I have worked for 5years+ at the bank as a Sales and Pre-booking Associate, and have the experience in managing and checking the integrity of the records and files of our clients. I am exposed to providing excellent customer service and have gained good communication skills from it. Some of my everyday tasks were assisting clients with their loan applications by interviewing and checking the completeness and correctness of their documents with exceptional attention to details, guiding them on how to update their loans and bank records, addressing their requests, e.g. are their collateral documents, contracts and Post Dated Checks. I was also in-charge of answering phone calls in the office and relaying the messages to my superiors and co-workers where we worked as a sales team.
