Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and compliance to company policy of loan application data and documentsCollect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant mortgage loan filesSet up loan files, manually and on the computer, and order all exhibits (i.e., VOE's, Paystubs, credit report, etc.)Assess credit capacity of client for loan qualificationEnsure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing departmentOnline submission of loan applications and supporting documents to banks, serving as the contact person of the bank on behalf of the clientsFollowing-up the progress of loan applications and providing updates to loan officer/client
