- Executive Virtual Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer of a SaaS Company in New York. I am responsible for handling various personal tasks for the COO. Research various personal topics as needed to support the COO in her professional endeavors
- Updating her resume and cover letters, drafting emails to recruiters, and finding qualified job opportunities for her to apply to, and I am responsible for preparing documents and reports related to personal and professional matters
- I am tasked with managing her personal LinkedIn profile and the company profile, including scheduling the posting and reposting of personal and professional achievements. As well as any related of engaging content on LinkedIn
- Assists with recruitment tasks such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews
- I also have experience in editing videos using Canva and creating graphics for posts on LinkedIn Personal and Company Profiles. This involves selecting and editing video clips, adding text and graphics, and ensuring all content is in line with the COO's personal brand and company image.
- Experienced in maintaining and updating databases and CRMs such as Bitrix24 to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. - I am in charge of managing change requests related to the HR Operations process for priority and oversight, as well as testing. My role include collaborating with the Change Governance Team, DevOps Team, and Testing Team on the ongoing Change request
- I am responsible for scheduling meetings with the DevOps and Testing Teams to discuss the queries
- Part of my role is to monitor and update the Change Request Tracker in Excel. I also interact with the DevOps Team and the Requestor about the open Change Request 
- Performs a review of the UAT Test Results and, if necessary, recommends additional testing
- Responsible for communicating the change request's post-deployment status to the impacted team. In charge of facilitating a meeting on the affected team in order to conduct a Local Change effect analysis
- I began as a member of the Testing Team and was later transferred to the Support Team. In the testing team, I am responsible in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Control Testing, and Process Testing for any changes made to HR Processes.
- Attending planned test stand-up meetings to highlight risks and difficulties, as well as providing any assistance needed to complete all assigned scenarios, is part of my role.
