I am currently a Project Estimator and was a Senior Quality Control where I double check takeoffs done by our estimators before submitting it to our US clients like HD Clients (Home Depot).
Strong experience with lumber takeoffs including EWP, trusses, hardware, fasteners, sheathing, all lumber items and also heavy steels and light gauge metals and demolition for Structural trade. Drywall and flooring for Architectural trade.
Estimated commercial and residential buildings up to 7 floors ranging from 1.5k to 200k sq.ft.
