I have been working for the last 26 years in Administration, Accounting, Finance and Operation Department. Most of my responsibilities are all around, handling HR/Admin responsibilities from posting job vacancies, hiring, training, evaluation of employees, implementing company policy, keeping records of employees benefits, issuing memos etc. For Administration, I have my team and we support the needs of operation dept. office supplies. I arrange meetings, handles the renewals of business licenses, certificates, calibrations and accreditations. I also ensure that all business documents are renewed and up to date. I am also and ISO 9001 Internal auditor and conducts internal audit for the company. For accounting, I handle the bookkeeping, reconciliations of accounts, aging of receivables and payables, do the payroll, generating reports for taxes and preparing invoice and quotations and generating of financial statements.
I am adept at using Microsoft Office and Peachtree accounting system and fast typing skills. I can communicate effectively in verbal and in writing. I am fast learner and pro-active. I have also experience with
