Profile Description

I have year of experience in sketching and reviewing roof estimate as an estimator and reviewer at ROOFIX; utilizing RoofSnap CAD 2D. Proven ability in efficiently and accurately sketch roofs and review estimates ensuring quality work; practices and procedures.

I also have experience being a Customer Service Representative/Tech Support for inbound and outbound calls, chats and emails; for American Airlines and New York and Company  which enhances my written and verbal communication skills, data entry accuracy, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of computer applications.

Also set of experience in data entry utilizing Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Project for McKinley Leather Furniture. Ensuring quality work to meet organization's expectations. Accuracy and best practices in data gathering.

Has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education Major in General Education graduated as Cum Laude. And used that in teaching for a year at St. Paul Colleges as a Professor handling Education and Computer Science freshman and sophomore students; classroom/ face to face set up. I also used to teach under the Department of Education Tarlac City Division as Teacher 1 classroom/ face to face set up. And also accepts 1 on 1 tutoring online.
