-Collecting data on a product with different shoe brands including but not limited to materials, Style name, Circumference, or size.
-Ensuring data is accurate and complete.
-Emailing different departments to collect all the data.
-Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and some platforms like Commerce Hub, K-Link, Groupon Gateway, DSCO, and Mirakl.
-Answering emails from the merchant about queries.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
-Answering emails, chats, and text messages using Gorgias.
-Tracking orders using Sellercloud and Shopify.
-Processing refund using Returnly.
