*RECORD
Migrate and set up your XERO / Quickbooks accounting system.
Create a chart of accounts that is unique to your business.
Add new currency if needed.
Add and link your bank account.
Upload bank statements.
Record Sales, Bills, and Expenses
Categorized and matched Bank transactions.
Create bank rules.
Send and process queries based on clients' feedback

*RECONCILE
Prepare reconciliation for balance sheet accounts.
Bank Balances, PayPal/ Stripe & Credit Card Balances
Accounts Receivable & Accounts/ Loans Payable
Reconcile Inventory & Accruals

*REVIEW (Audit / Checking)
Review the Profit and loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement and compare them to the previous months.

*REVISE
Prepare an adjustment for any errors encountered.

*REPORT
Income Statement.
Balance Sheet.
Cash Flow Statement
Bank Reconciliation Summary
Aging of AR and AP
Inventory Item List
