Profile Description

Lead logistics scheduler with Transfix for 4 years. On top of training new hires and assisting teammates to reach their daily KPI's, I ensure the smooth scheduling of shipments on a daily basis. My department is focused on CPG-FB ( Customer-Packaged Goods / Food and Beverages) which includes customers such as Anheuser-Busch, Reckitt-Benkiser, Kraft-Heinz, Colgate-Palmolive, and Nestle. I communicate directly with Vendor and Customer to address any issues that may arise. The tools I am familiar with are Transplace, Retaillink, Opendock, Transporeon, Blujay, One Network, Bud Exchange, Front, Five9, Slack and Helpscout.
