I have worked in the Human Resources Management field for the past 5 years. I have been an online Talent Sourcer for 2+ years, an on-site Recruiter for 2+ years, and a Virtual/Personal/Executive Assistant for 9 years.
My previous job, was as a Talent Sourcer at Upwork Internal, supporting recruiting efforts, reviewing client job postings, scrubbing lists of candidates, and inviting applicants to apply for client jobs.
Most recently, I have been working as a part-time Virtual Assistant for a small digital agency, helping them in maintaining and managing WordPress websites.
