I’ve been working in a Business Process Outsourcing for 3 years. The first account that I handled is T-mobile for 1 year. Assisting customer and making customer satisfy by the end of the call. The second was Healthcare account. Processing pre certification requested by providers. The last account was a Third Party Administrator (healthcare insurance). One of the claims examiner that deny or approved claims. With all the experiences I had for the past years that I worked, I learned to be adaptive, patient and specially I learned how I would satisfy the customers.
