Hello! My name is Upgrade to see actual info, a Filipino Virtual Assistant. I am passionate and hardworking with lots of dedication to my job. I have experience with Sales and Marketing to an e-commerce business while managing and supporting the team. I also have basic knowledge in WordPress handling all the basic issues when it comes to product editing, pricing, fixing images, creating blogs and excellent in communication skills which were fully developed thru working as customer support as well.

When it comes to admin support, I used to handle a team with 5-10 in number holding the title as a project manager. Ensuring their tasks are done and they are being productive utilizing their time. My personality is strong when it comes to work and I want things to be done professionally, however, keeping as well a soft heart for personal matters to keep the relationship and working routine balanced.

I also know Photoshop and have used tools like Trello, Teamwork project, Asana, Whatsapp, Telegram, Crisp, Webmaster Tools, Dropbox, Zoho Hubstaff, Time doctor

I pay attention to instructions very well and doesn't hesitate to ask questions. I am also very interested in learning new things from you. Lastly, it won't be hard and dull to work with me because I have a positive personality.
