Profile Description
Most of my career was working with BPO companies. My roles were being a customer service representative and technical support for US telco companies. I handle technical, billing, sales, general customer service support. I am currently working as a VA/Admin assistant to a mortgage broker in Australia. The apps that we normally use are AFG FLEX, AOL, Broker Engine, Quickli, Sherlock, Dropbox and few basic apps like Microsoft apps and such. I am keen to details and willing to be trained.
