My name is Myka Karizza Dela Cruz from Philippines. I have more that 10 years BPO working experience. I gain knowledge from experienced. I am a hardworking and efficient. My sales skills are my strength. I am fast learner and can easily adopt to any changes. A team player and very organize person.
I spend the last 10 years working in a BPO set up and handle many accounts. I received award for being top performer and was promoted several times. I handled cannabis industry, real estate, appointment setting, airline account and forex campaign. I also worked as an executive assistant for a non-profit organization. I do admin work and Canva.
I will be a good fit for the role because of my dedication to work and commitment to work with less supervision.
