Profile Description

I have been a Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper for a real estate company  Raemulan Lands for five years. I was responsible for recording and maintaining the business' financial transactions, such as purchases ,expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. I record financial data into general ledgers, which are to produce the balance sheet and income statement. I used Quickbooks and Excel for day-to-day operations. With these, I am able to develop my attention to detail, critical thinking, organizational, excellent communication. 

I transferred to treasury department as a treasury assistant for the same company. My responsibilities are receiving of cash and PDC payments from customers and clients. Reporting of transactions daily, weekly and monthly. To make sure that all bank accounts are well accounted and balanced. Reconciliation of old transaction from present.  Prior to that, I was  working as a Appointment Setter for an Australian company SunPlan for nearly a year.  My main responsibility is to call at least 100 clients a day and convince them to book an appointment with our representatives. its like cold calling of possible prospects of clients. Because of these, I was able to instil and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. 

I also did marketing for a while, I sell condominiums and real estate properties.  
I also handled a Social media page like Facebook and Instagram for a Optical Clinic, Cafe and an Auto Detailing Shop . My expertise in project management doing administrative tasks. I'm good in performing accurate web research, managing??emails, as well as corresponding with vendors and customers that I may be required to speak with in behalf of the organization. Creating and posting in Social media using Canva, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom , Snapseed and Capcut for editing photos and creating short video clips for posting.

As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call.
I
n any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
