Profile Description

I am a results-driven person with initiative, strong ability to multi-task, effective
time management and great attention to detail. I have more than 7 years of
customer service experience handling high volume calls, providing high quality
service and building customer relationships. On the other hand, I have an indepth
knowledge and experience with sourcing and recruiting, developing and executing
recruiting plans from entry level to executive positions. Well exposed in all phases
of a full cycle recruiting, from job posting, sending emails to passive and active candidates, sourcing, screening, through
placements and onboarding. I managed variety of disciplines including, retail,
manufacturing, marketing, staffing, engineering, legal and IT industries.
