Payroll Specialist, HR, Facebook Ads, CSR and Bookkeeping

I have been in the finance - payroll department for about 2 yrs now computing EEs payout every semi monthly/monthly. I have also experience in creating incentive structure and KPIs. I am also processing the government benefits of each employee.

We are currently using quickbooks as our financial management suite complete with tools for accounting, inventory, payroll, tax filing, invoicing, bank account tracking and reconciliation, expense management, budgeting, payment processing, and accounts receivable and accounts payable management.

While I am at the payroll division I am also the Human Resource Admin dealing with HRIS, alligning the rules and regulation of the company to the Philippine Law, interacting and building rapport to each employee to ensure everything are settled and arranged well.

We are doing ads spend checking, adjusting facebook ads budget and incidental checking of ads.
