My task is to manage all emails, schedule a meeting with the investors, and respond to emails. Draft Leases - creating a lease contract for investors.
Create a listing for units through Airbnb, vrbo and BCM platform. I manage Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info and VRBO accounts. 

Knowledgeable in using Guesty, Hostaway, and Zeevou to sync those 3 accounts and manage all units.

Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and owners. Scheduling cleaners or maintenance teams using Taskrabbit and Thumbtack. Manage and create deliveries for the inventory. Handle all guest communication making sure to respond to their questions or needs within 3mins. through the platform or through CRM wherein the 3 platforms are synced. I also handle guest issues, cancellations & refunds, reviews
