DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Examines/investigates available property encumbrances by following the general searching rule and the client's specific search requirements.

- Examines/investigates title orders within our company guidelines to determine the title's conditions and insurability, such as deeds (chain of title or conveyance of property), mortgages, mechanics liens, tax liens, judgments, probates, and other matters of record.

- Carefully analyzing documents to identify potential issues or risks must be addressed before the property can be transferred or sold.

- Ensures to have met or achieved the required productivity of a given search project.

- Responsible for performing various other searching tasks as required. These may include quality checking of orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Performs other duties that may be assigned or required by the job.
