Profile Description

I have almost 7 years of work experience at JP Morgan Chase & Co., the leading financial institution in the U.S, based here in PH, as Reconciliations & Processing Team of Pension Funds’ Domestic and Global Trades, Income transactions, and Exceptions Management. I was able to lessen the manual touchpoints and the volume by using Root Cause Analysis to identify and solve the source of the discrepancies and to create templates that remove repetitive work. Being the SME (subject-matter-expertise), I was also able to train new members of the team and guide them from Onboarding, side by side training, up to operations.
I'm enthusiastic and eager to learn new things that would help me grow continuously. I am quick to grasp new ideas and adapt to new environment since I am well exposed to a fast-paced working institution. I have proven to be a fast learner to navigate different applications and understanding systems. I can accurately pay attention to every detail needed to accomplish a task.
