Profile Description

I specialize in Solar Permitting for residential and commercial projects across different states in the US. I handle the full permitting process, from reviewing project requirements to preparing complete application packages for AHJs.
I have experience with:
SolarAPP+, Symbium, Accela, eTRAKiT, CityGov portals, TylerHost, and other permitting systems
Submitting plan sets, updating revisions, tracking approvals, and following up with AHJs through email and phone
Preparing and checking project documents: site plans, electrical line diagrams, load calcs, spec sheets, and compliance forms
Interconnection applications and utility requirements (PG&E, SCE, SDG&E, LADWP, etc.)
Business license applications, renewals, and verification of roof/building permits
Communicating professionally with building departments, utilities, and customers
