Profile Description

I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 4 years. I have worked in the marketing department, the sales department, the customer service department, and the quality assurance department. I am more exposed to quality assurance because I have been working in that field for more than 2 years now.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and experience creating mobile applications, web designing, and databases. I know how to edit videos and pictures and am excellent with Microsoft Office applications and Google suites. I also have experience in email handling and data profiling. If given a chance to learn and develop my skills with your company, I will make sure that I will be an asset and become an efficient and effective employee.
