Profile Description

I am a Licensed Geodetic Engineer by profession who is looking forward to expand my career and skills as a Virtual Assistant.
I want to help businesses expand by reducing the administrative burden, reaching out to potential clients, providing exceptional customer service to my client's E-commerce business platforms, and other types of profitable business in order to produce positive and sustainable cash flow for the company's satisfied consumers.
I've been in the BPO industry and a freelancer. I assist customers with complaints and queries, provide product and service information to customers, take orders, and process returns. On average, I served 80-100 customers emails and chat per shift, answering questions about account upgrades/closures, promotions and discounts, shipment and tracking, and payment management.
