Profile Description

I have been a customer support representative for one of the largest telco companies in the US. I was also selling their products right after I resolved customers' concerns. I became a team leader for 3 years in the same campaign. After that, I worked with a technical support account as a performance coach. I also did some freelancing jobs like appointment setting for a solar campaign. I got promoted to Client Relations Manager and then to Operations Manager. I worked closely with the clients and analyzes the data, formulates action plans for the site's success then present them to the client. Another freelance job experience that I had was being a virtual assistant. My client was in the drop shipping industry. We worked with business owners based in the US who wanted to join or sell their products to Walmart. I was the one overseeing the progress of the tasks given to web developers, content writers, and product researchers. As stated in the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me so that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me.
