Profile Description

I do outbound and Inbound calls for sales and customer service for multiple companies such as Dish, Bell Canada, and Sirius XM to name a few. Mostly on giving our customers updates on our products and what are the new things that we have and making sure also that they are happy with our service or Upgrade to see actual infosign and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business. We analyze customer feedback, negotiate with customers, implement retention strategies, and compile reports for sales managers. And as for the project manager I am in charge of the entire project and handle everything involved, such as the project scope, and managing the project team.
