Hello! My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I’m a graduate of computer course. For 6 years, I have been working as a Data Entry at the same time BAC Secretariat for a National Government Agency.
My tasks mainly involved posting public bidding opportunities, including Bidding Documents and Notices of Awards at the PhilGEPS website, ordering office supplies at the Virtual Store PS-PhilGEPS, encoding procurement & BAC data/ records and uploaded on Procurement and BAC Monitoring System, preparing procurement monitoring report as well as the quarterly report of the publicized Government Projects/Programs/Activities (GPPAs), answering bidders/suppliers’ questions via call, email, and chat. Moreover, I also interact with suppliers/bidders to assist on the transaction at the procurement Upgrade to see actual info addition to my tasks also involved scheduling bid conferences via Zoom, attending bid conferences, preparing minutes of the meeting and other admin tasks. I believe that the skills and experiences I have acquired makes me a suitable candidate for a position in you company.
