Profile Description

I've been in the Business Process Outsourcing industry for more than 10 Upgrade to see actual info that 10 years, I worked as a Customer Service Representative, Retention Specialist and Technical Support. Currently, I worked as Technical Chat Support for Voice over Internet Protocol System. My job is to provide assistance to the client specially details about the equipment, specifications, comparisons, guide of how the system works and do troubleshooting whenever the phone and system is down.
