Prior to becoming a virtual assistant, I worked as a customer care representative. Since 2020, I have started doing cold calls. As a cold caller, I was able to work with a licensed realtor who offers listing, as well as a client who offers creative refinancing. I am a Virtual Assistant who is trustworthy and extremely driven. Eager to acquire new things and committed to ensuring client satisfaction. I get promoted to Lead Manager after six months as a cold caller for real estate campaign.  And have the opportunity to work for my most recent customer as an admin VA. I am acquainted with a variety of dialers, including convoso, xencall, batch dialer, calltools, etc.
