Profile Description
I started my working journey last 2020 amidst the pandemic. I started in the BPO industry which lasted for a year before I shifted to becoming a Virtual Assistant in 2021. In the BPO center I have worked with, I was a customer support representative and a technical support representative.
On 2021 when I started as a Virtual Assistant, I have been supporting both US and AU clients for both Social Media Management and administrative tasks, hence I have been exposed to different CRMs. As a Virtual Assistant, multitasking, adaptability and detail-orientation are indeed relevant.
Further, through hardwork and perseverance, I am now a graduating student in the degree Bachelor of Science in Internal Auditing, hence I have a good and significant foundation in accounting related tasks.
