Verifying healthcare insurance coverage and eligibility.

Managing inbound calls from and outbound calls to patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification;Maintaining great phone etiquette  and navigating through different tools.Providing administrative support that includes: data entry. appointment scheduling and answering general inquiries from the members/leads and prospects. Establishing a professional relationship with medical professionals and patients by acting as a primary liaison between patients and providersStrictly adhering and complying with the HIPAA policyResolving customer service issues by researching solutions to problems or requesting assistance from other departments.Participating in meetings with other health care associate to discuss strategy on handling customers or other issues that affect patient care.
