I've done a lot of sales,
technical, helpdesk, and customer support (both chat and voice) jobs for the past 8 years. That includes a supervisory and quality assurance position for one of the leading telecommunications company in the US, AT&T U-verse and mobility and a helpdesk support job for McDonald's US and US Territory. I handled payroll and tax calculations for one of the best payroll software for small-medium businesses, Intuit and Quickbooks. I trained a good number of people both for new hires and senior agents for Roku (one of the leading streaming devices in the US) as a product trainer. I've also done quite a bit writing article myself for a school newspaper as well for our local paper. I have an experience as virtual assistant quite recently for mortgage and life insurance company (Symmetry Financial Group). I am very fluent in speaking and writing the English language. I recently studied the Spanish language.
I work with less supervision but with superb results.
