I have been developing website with wordpress since 2014 and I have extensive knowledge about most Themes and Plugins being used to create a functional, modern and credible websites.

My skills in graphic design span from simple edits to creating logos, brochures, presentations, images for Web, images for prints and others. I use different tools like Adobe Suite and other alternative programs and also online graphic design tools as well.

I worked for a long time in the Business Process Outsourcing before going into Proramming and web development. And I acquired skills on process management, improving productivity and efficiency, and also using cost management to determine processes to improve. I also have experience in improving existing systems using the most of task management technologies and integrating it to CRM's, Websites, Accounting and Sales Management Softwares.

I have done long form and short form videos for clients over the years and over a span of 5 years with evolving formats and styles over the years I learned some skills to edit videos to match the needs of my clients.

I have experiences in Marketing Automation integrating CRM's, Landing Pages, Forms, Email and SMS campaigns and Social Media to create an automated and funnel type marketing concepts. Skills to capture, nurture and maintain relationships with customers, clients and partners alike.

I learned a lot of strategies over the years of working with clients on how to manage their marketing strategies, content and schedules, using functions the platforms provide and external links to lead capture. I also dealt with ads management, ads campaigns, AB Testings and other task that entail social media marketing and management as a whole.

I have catered to multiple real estate agents, realtors and realty companies about their marketing from creating content, productions, front facing mediums suchs as websites, landing pages, social media platforms and video streaming platfoms. I also created a lot of processes in automation for marketing such as email marketing, drip campaigns, nurturing strategies and SMS marketing. It also includes ads management for digital assets like Search Engine Ads, Social Media and Video Platform Ads and other.

Together with Website Development would be skills in doing Search Engine Optimization (SEO). And it means knowing how to position as website as best as it can get so Search Engines can rank it properly on search pages. The goal is to have it on the first page and also to be the lead result for certain search terms. I am knowledeable in On page and Off Page SEO, together with Keyword research and data analysis for it's analytics and creating a strategy out of those data.

I have dealt with some frontend projects for Laravel with PHP together with JS Libraries like VUE or Static HTML with SCSS or CSS calls to static pages. I also have some experience in Object Oriented Programing.
