I have been in the BPO Industry for more than 13yrs since 2003 and currently working from home for over 8yrs now.I have been working as a transaction coordinator for SSG Real Estate since April 09, 2022.  To make outbound and inbound calls to pre-screen prospective tenants if they qualify to rent the property.  To summarize and provide feedback on the potential tenants once passed, showed, and submitted the rental application and other supporting documentsI have worked as a Medicare Sales Agent doing outbound and inbound calls for Medicare recipients for more than 3yrs now. We call Medicare recipients to inform them about the extra benefits they can get along with their existing Medicare plan. We also offer Final Expense to cover 100 percent burial expenses to help and protect their loved ones in case something unexpected happens.I was also a virtual office assistant for more than 2 yrs and have been managing incoming and outgoing emails, fax and necessary phone calls. I am also engaged in doing social media stuff like creating graphics to post. Daily posting in different social media platforms like Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Instagram.
