I've been in Freelancing and BPO industry for 8 years now. Started my career with Telemarketing for Solar equipments, managing reports in Excel and Google Spreadsheet, also did Email Marketing for two years. Handled Reverse Mortgage, and Shuttle services from Australia.
I dUpgrade to see actual info to switch into BPO industry where I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a Telecommunication company in United States. The job includes answering inbound calls from customers queries, sales, and everything that they need with their phone service. After 3years, I was promoted as a Team Leader, I handled a group of 15 people
