I’ve got a solid background in both customer support and as a VA for short-term rentals. I worked as a Support Ambassador at Airbnb, handling things like cancellations, review disputes, refunds, and booking assistance. It was a busy job, but I loved helping people and solving problems quickly.
After my time at Airbnb, I jumped into the world of short-term rentals as a VA. My main tasks include guest communication, coordinating maintenance and cleaners, and doing admin stuff like updating listings, adjusting prices, and managing financial reports. I’m comfortable with many tools like Hospitable, ---------- , Ownerrez, Hostaway, Airbnb, Hostbuddy AI, Ring, Minut, Remotelock, Schlage, Openphone, HostAI, Appfolio, Breezeway and Pricelabs.

I’m organized, reliable, and love keeping things running smoothly. I know how to handle a variety of tasks, and I’m always ready to pitch in wherever needed.
