1. Product Research & Development Officer / Project Manager
Year start: 2018
- Assigned to go to Manufacturers and Suppliers to conduct site visit, to coordinate and to ensure quality of line production and processes of future and existing products
- Communicates Product Concept plans and coordinates sampling from Overseas Manufacturers
- Assures Correct Formulation and Color Matching for all Batch Samples
- Quality checks Pre-Production Samples and Bulk Products
- Records All Formula Codes, Color Codes, Formula and Color Benchmarks used per Project
- Researches on Innovative Formulations and updated Active ingredients and their functions
- Conducts Initial Product Testing Panel
- Reports Final Products and Shade Lineups for current and existing projects
- Works with Creative department for packaging layout and design
- Works with suppliers and creative department for the Molding designs
- Double checks the Ingredients List against FDA regulated ingredients for cosmetics
