Profile Description

I have two years of experience in the BPO industry as a customer service representative. During that time, I helped customers with their issues and concerns using different tools. I also worked as a Cash Custodian in the retail industry where I managed cash, handled sales, created monthly reports of sales, and documented them using Google Docs.
As for my VA experience, I worked as a Chatter where I identified potential buyers and top fans. I sold contents/PPV and created real relationships with the fans. I replied to fans daily, had conversations with them, and upsold content to them.
