Administrative/ Virtual Assistant

I am making promotional posters or edited videos based on the request of the client. I also answer inquiries and manages social media platform like answering comments and personal messages professionally.

I've been doing organizational management and appointment setting since I was working as a teacher due to time management skills needed. I am doing it since I was a teacher, when I became a manager of a resort and administrative assistant of the Assistant Director of a 5 star hotel here in the Philippines.

I answer calls for guest inquiries when I was still working in a 5 star hotel. I also have TESOL certificate which proves that I speak English fluently.

While I was working as a teacher before for 4 years, I also do administrative tasks at the same time. But I focused as an administrative assistant in a 5 star hotel here in the Philippines and saw how I enjoy this job. For all of my skills, using Microsoft Office such as Excel and file management is what I enjoy the most, I give this a 5 star.

I worked in an airline before and also worked in a hotel. I usually arrange the flight and accommodation of our VIP guest, that is why I already experience how to do travel planning.

I always use Canva and already know how to use different techniques on how to design using this app in another level.

I manage the postings of a resort in social media and using trending ideas for marketing strategies. I discuss possible promotions and how to execute it.

I use canva and design the logo based on the theme of the business which should be properly communicated with the owner.
