I was a former call center agent (7 months) my job was to receive calls from clients, take notes, and assist with their concerns. As a former customer service assistant/ office staff (3 years) my job was to help customers with their suggestions/complaints. I also take calls from different offices, encode files and reports, and file documents. My last job was as a cashier still serving customers and dealing with daily cash sales.
