With more than six years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Icould say that I am reliable and confidently accomplish any tasks at hand. As a VA in an office-based setting, I have handled tasks as a mortgage broker’s assistant. During this stint, I was doing email and file management, loan lodgment in SalesForce, and doing outbound calls to follow up on the status of loan applications.
After being with an office-based VA job for almost two years, I have ventured into a home-based job. I am an Admin Assistant for more than six years with a company that does commission advances to real estate agents. My tasks include email and file management, following up with clients (via email and calls), answering incoming calls, doing outbound calls to follow up with title companies, database building, and creating basic reports. There are times that I also manage and update the client’s Facebook page, and also creating and send out email flyers via ConstantContact.
