With my experience of being a call center agent or customer service representative for 2 years, I must say that I have learned the best work ethic and of course knows how to apply it in my daily routine in the office. I have gained enough knowledge to perform well in every task that were assigned to me. I am fully aware of how every minute is important and we don't need to waste it for nothing. I am a hardworking person and very hands on in every project that is being assign to me not only because for compliance purposes but also because I understand the demand of workloads in every company. For skills related, I am equipped with knowledge in doing excel file and Microsoft. I can also do video editing and voice recording if needed. Additionally, I have a background in conceptualizing and providing bright ideas to a particular program or project which would really be beneficial on your organization.
