ASSET MANAGEMENT CLERK
-Performs opening and/or closing clearing activity and perfectly by using the clearing checklist.
-Physically receives boxes of delivered merchandise from the warehouse staff.
-Ensures that the transmittal of the store is sent thru WH and recorded via the
transmittal logbook.
-Coordinate's with the store's housekeeping service provider to ensure that the annual schedule of cleaning is being implemented.
-Contacts suppliers for any store problems, concerns, issues, that are admin - related and duly reported by the respective department head via the work order request form; Sets the schedule for the work needed as approved by the HR/Admin Manager and makes the request for security when neccessary.
-Coordinates with contractors and service providers to set annual schedule of
regular training and updates to all admin staff and maintenance of the store.
CASHIER
- Making administrative task like inventory of stocks, collecting the sales, deposit money to the bank and other administrative task.
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
- Filing employee data, Conduct payroll, monitor attendance, and handle complaints and disciplinary procedure.
