Hello, my name is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education majoring in Social Studies, and passed the Licensure Exam for teachers in 2019 the same year I graduated. I started my career in BPO during a summer break when I was still in college and learned a lot in that specific role as a Customer service representative it even improved my speaking skills so I was able to do more in school. After I graduated while doing a self-review for the upcoming board exam I started teaching kids online for over a year which I actually enjoyed because it aligned with my course and passion. But the pandemic challenged me and my family, I needed a more stable and sustainable income to support them since my parents are old enough to work and risk their health during those times. I once again joined the BPO industry where I worked as a Customer care and billing representative helping customers from Central America lower their bills by providing them with the best packages that suit their interests. But after a few months, I began wondering what I could do to broaden my horizons, and with the help of a friend, I stumbled upon a real estate company based in San Antonio Texas where I started as a cold caller but after a short while the owner faced one of his biggest challenges as well and dUpgrade to see actual info to let us go. That was when I bumped into M-power Solutions another real estate company based in Maryland owned by an awesome American but all his VAs are Filipinos and we treat each other as family. I started as a cold caller but was appointed as a Team Captain to help our coaches lift up the team and guide them with other things they needed help with. After a while, I was trained to be a Lead manager to follow up on those leads submitted by the callers, encode and organize them in Podio or Active campaign as our CRMs. I was so flexible that
I became a caller and a Lead manager for the different campaigns calling on different cities and markets. I have experience using dialers such as Aircall, mojo, Call Tools, XenCall, and Convoso.
