·Inventory Forecasting
-Utilize data from SoStocked, create and execute monthly purchasing strategies per SKU to achieve 100% in-stock rate

·Inventory Control and Management
-Oversee inventory levels on FBA and 3PLs and plan weekly inventory replenishment per SKU
-Identify aging inventory and work with brand owners/CEOs to optimize inventory levels such as putting aging inventory on outlet sales or removing inventory from FBA fulfillment centers

·Purchasing and Supplier Relations
-Manage the entire purchasing process from issuing POs, monitoring production timelines, working with suppliers, quotes and resolving any and all purchasing/supplier related issues
-Evaluate supplier performance in terms of lead times, product quality and cost

·Logistics
-Create FBA shipments, and coordinating with suppliers/3PLs regarding delivery and receipt of inbound and outbound shipments
-Work with freight forwarders (China and North America) by getting quotes, booking shipments, setting up account, monitoring shipment status and resolving all logistics-related issues
