Profile Description

I have 15 years of experience in Bookkeeping & Accounting work, related to a real estate company.
I have handled various departments in Accounting Department like Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Finance Comptroller. I was once a bookkeeper as well, handling all, from creating an invoice and collecting it thru follow-ups and reminders, receiving a statement from vendor/supplier to processing and preparing a check for payment. Entry of general journal like month-end accruals, and prepaid expenses.
I have a broad knowledge of QuickBooks software. I have attended Managers’ meetings to present and navigate the system showing the company’s financial status.
Also, I am knowledgeable with Property Tree & CRM (Complete Data Support) software and am very interested to learn new software that the company may require.
Regarding my work ethic, I am a team player, honest, a multi-tasker, can work with minimal supervision, a positive thinker, and Upgrade to see actual info a time of work challenges, I take it positively because we know there’s always room to improve and new interesting knowledge that will be added to my lists.
