Profile Description

- Created the Ecommerce KPIs, reports and metrics by focusing on operations and sales targets
- Responsible for planning and coordinating with the graphics and marketing team for the visuals of the stores and social media
- Initiates sales strategies and productivity to ensure sales targets are met
- Monitor and supervise LazMall and Shopee Mall operations from store performance, new products, fulfillment to after-sales
- Develops Promotional Plan and Campaign Calendar for Mega, Payday, BMO, and Flash Sales. Teamed up with KAM for Platform Campaigns and execution
- Coordinates with the warehouse and fulfillment team for the replenishment of the stocks
- Responsible for Candidate Interviews, Team on Boarding and Training for the department
