Profile Description

I'm a certified Virtual Assistance with certificates and proper trainings. I have been a customer support representative in one of the largest online markets like AMAZON and TIME INC. I was a performer and considered as one of the top agents. I've been working for more than two years both voice and non-voice account. I was also working as part-time instructor in the business administration area. I taught about advertisement, marketing management, business research or marketing research. My experienced in the marketing world as a customer representative was a great advantage during my teaching days. My expertise is project management related to administrative task. I was working in a university registrar as an administrative staff for seven years. Most of my works involved in data entry and management, maintaining files, assist in resolving any administrative issues at work, answering calls and correspondence, schedule meeting and appointments. I'm good in using any Microsoft office tools in doing the task, also performed accurate web search, used different social media tools and application (e.g canva, wordpress etc.) managing emails, as well as corresponding clients that I may be required to speak with in behalf of the office.  I received professional English training because of my past call center experience. As stated on the summary of my skills, I'm confident that I'm flexible to whatever task that will be given to me. If in case you would require me to learn a specific program or project, I can assure you and I'm confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any trainings or programs the job might require me to.
