Profile Description

I have been in the customer service/sales /support and leadership industry for more than 12 years. 
I started my career in the customer sales/service/support role working for different BPO companies in the Philippines and handling accounts for telecommunications ,security, financial and healthcare. This allowed me to practice and learn more about phone etiquette, communications skills and empathy to customers as well as providing excellent customer service.  As a team manager, I am also responsible in overseeing the team's overall scores and responsible for their sales and skills development.
On top of my excellent communications skills, I also had a great sense of urgency and commitment. I constantly look for better ways of doing things. Proactive and skilled Team Manager that focused on continuous operational improvement and confident management style that has developed for over 5 years of being a team manager. I dedicated time in learning the client’s business needs and being the solution to satisfy multiples expectations.  
As a self-learner, also having worked for different clients has gained me expertise in offering administrative assistance with skills ranging from; Email Management, Scheduling and Calendar Management, Data Entry, File Management and Reporting and Transcription to name a few.  
Alongside these skills, I also managed to gain expertise in using different tools in relation to the skills mentioned.  
My previous work as a team manager had also gained me excellent relationship-building skills that allow me to extend outstanding service to clients, peers and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. always confirming that they are happy and contented before ending the conversation/ project.
