I worked as a content moderator. Our role is to maintain the reputation of your business by using a software to monitor content for certain words or image types, then make human judgments about the content. We also determine if a user’s post meets the guidelines of the platform and the group.
I also worked as a customer service representative for a very famous financial institution or online payment system. As a customer solution agent, we do assist our customers and helps resolve their Upgrade to see actual infoing the latest in modern communication and technology tools, we provide our customers with accurate answers to their questions in both a quick and helpful manner. As a frontline representative, we are the primary point of contact for our customers and are able to provide them with knowledgeable, compassionate, and timely resolution to their inquiries while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
